1.)      Treasurer's report will be included in next board meeting minutes along with a record of monthly disbursements.

 

2.)      Bids will be taken for a new landscaping company/contract. Present landscaper has not responded to suggestions/improvements requested by board members.

 

3.)      Some light pedestals being reworked are not anchored adequately. Payment to be withheld until bases are anchored securely.

 

4.)      We have requested a waiver for fire lane signs to be placed on only one side of the street ‑ specifically the east and west parallel drives.

 

5.)      Water damaged driveway asphalt to be cut and refill bids will be submitted at the next board meeting for approval.

 

6.)      Garbage containers ‑Please remove all garbage containers and other personal belongings from the common areas. This includes driveways and areas under the carports. If your debris is put out too late for pick‑up please place it inside your fenced area along with your emptied containers (out of sight) .

 

7.)      The underside of carport roofs was discussed. It is the responsi­bility of the homeowner’s association to repair these roofs. Age and heat expansion have caused the plaster to expand. Some leak water. The roof is the homeowner's responsibility. Bids will be submitted at the next board meeting for ceiling repairs to roofs

that don't leak.
