747 EAST BETHANY HOME
MINUTES OF March 9, 1986,
MEETING
This meeting was
called to order by Bill Kolarik, President, at 7:05 p.m., poolside. OTHERS
PRESENT: Marie Martel, Kathy Kolarik, Craig King, Loretta Pogreba, Gail Van
Landingham, David Cronin, Tom and Jane Schehand, Fred Woodworth and Paul
Phillips.
REPORT OF THE TREASURER: Treasurer's report was
presented by Loretta Progreba and copies handed out. A vote was taken and
approval given to change the Association account over to First Interstate Bank
from United Bank.
OLD
BUSINESS:
We received 3 bids on the complex building
insurance. They ranged from $4500 to $12,000 a year. We renewed our policy with
Allstate, who was a low bidder. Enclosed is documentation to submit to your
bank for credit to your home loan account.
Since only 12 special assessment surveys have been
returned, a decision on which project(s) to complete will be delayed until the
next board meeting.
Fred Woodworth informed us that the garage doors
will be repaired this week. We will notify the homeowners who will be affected
so they can make special arrangements, if needed.
NEW
BUSINESS:
The underside of the porch at #5828 collapsed early
in February. There was no evidence of water problems, just structural. The
porch has been repaired at a cost of $425.
VA financing approval will be started. An
appointment has been made with our attorney to review the paperwork to be
submitted for it.
In subsequent board action, a vote was taken and
approval given to stop reimbursement for exterior stucco paint. This was due to
budget concerns.
With the recent improvement in the complex, several
community living concerns were voiced. A "good neighbor" memo will be
written to remind the residents.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m. The next meeting
will be held June 8, 1986, poolside.
