Plant varieties and tree species with attention to Size,

Phasing of the landscape plan. Phase I will be the Bethany
Home Road area, the entrance, the pool area, removal of large and dangerous
trees and dead trees and as much more as our special, assessment will pay for
Completed landscape plan shou1d be ready for presentation to
all owners by early fall.
Due to the scope of this project, the poor condition of our
vegetation, the number of trees necessary to remove and the costs, it appears
necessary to complete the landscaping in phases over a two or three year time
period, with new assessments each year. We will save considerable money by
having our lawn service men doing a lot of the work but the estimated need is
$30,000.
Treasurer reported. Dues are current except for two units ...
one in bankruptcy land one in foreclosure. Special assessments are
slowly coming in. REMEMBER, SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER
1, 1988.
Bids were reviewed for carport ceiling replacement at 5801.
Complaints were heard AGAIN regarding cars parked in the
fire lanes, obstructing traffic and in front of the security fence on Palo
Verde. All residents MUST remember, that the fire lanes were established for
the safety of every resident. These rules must be obeyed by each and every resident
AND their guests. If any part of the vehicle extends beyond the red line, DON'T
PARK THERE! We hope that it won't be necessary to begin having illegally parked
care ticketed.
