Dear Homeowners,

On Sunday January 10, 1988 our yearly elections were held. Present at the meeting were: Tan & Jane Shehan, Fred Woodworth, Arlene Schreckengost, Dan Hayes, Suzanne Bracker, and Marie Martel.

The 1988 Board Members elected were:

Jane Shehan

Suzanne Bracker

The turnout for our election meeting was very disappointing. one of our top priorities for 1988 is to try to get everyone more involved.

Subsequent Board meetings were held Tuesday Jan. 19th and Tuesday Jan. 27th. Our agenda included:

Financial Statement

We reviewed the 1987 Financial Statement and Monthly expense record. It is obvious that we have a serious cash flow problem. Our next general meeting will address an increase in monthly dues.

Association Philosophy

WE ARE AN ASSOCIATION, let's take advantage of it as well as enjoy it.

• Homeowner's (Renters) Questionaire is enclosed, please participate.

• Group Buying Power A pest control company is willing to offer its services at a substantial savings. (to be covered

at our next meeting) Maybe we can do this in other areas as well.

• Our appreciation to Dan Hayes …….through the years he has always found time to volunteer his services and expertise ..... Thanks Dan for helping with the trees and fence mending this month. We should all take a lesson from you and be GOOD NEIGHBORS!!!!

Budget Control

Insurance proposals, Garbage Collection Bids, Handyman Expense, and Pool Maintenance are all areas under consideration. No IMMEDIATE changes are proposed.

Our next general meeting is Sunday 7:00 February 21st at Marie Martel's
