REPORT
OF HOMEOWNERS' MEETING ON OCT. 2, 1988
Twelve people attended the meeting to hear the Landscape
Architect's presentation and to look over the new landscape plans.
Discussion followed on the following subjects:
1. Salvaging certain existing plant material
2. Removal of dying, sickly and grossly
overgrown shrubs
3. Large
Eucalyptus trees‑‑removal would be tremendously expensive‑‑it
was suggested that we have them topped and severely pruned at this time
4. sprinkler
upgrading
5. Phase
one will be Bethany Home Road, entrance, pool area, trash enclosures and
perimeter drives
6. Scheduling
7. Cost estimates
We have two copies of the master plan, one is at Marie
Martel's and the other is at Lynn Knode's. If you are interested in looking at
them, call Marie at 266‑7997 or Lynn at 277‑9501 and set up a
convenient time.
We ask for your cooperation during the next few months
because even though we shall attempt to have the necessary work done without
interfering with your comings and goings, there may be times when obstructions
are unavoidable.
If you have constructive input for the landscaping project,
we will be happy to listen.
