Summary of Minutes for meeting held August 8, 1989

 

1.   Landscape Plan Progress

Phase I of the general landscape plan is nearing completion.  This includes curbing, ground covering, and landscape material for the west side of the complex.  WE NEED THE $300 PER UNIT SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR THE NEXT LANDSCAPING PHASE.  This special assessment may be paid in one lump sum by November 1, 1989, or paid $50 monthly along with regular Association Dues beginning November 1 and continuing through April 1, 1990.  Please make assessment payment by separate check.

2.   Financial Report -- What Happens to your $75 Monthly Dues

The Homeowners' Association general meeting is scheduled for Sunday, September 24, 7:00pm poolside.  Your participation is needed and valued; please plan to attend.  Capital improvements (painting, garage door replacement, fence replacement, etc.) will be discussed.  Please come prepared to express your thoughts.

3.   Important Reminders                                 

Please keep the pool gate closed and locked.  Be mindful that there are children in our complex.  Also, please do not bring your pets into the pool area.

Please, PLEASE keep a watchful eye on your children in the streets and around the pool area -- "It only takes a few seconds."

There is no parking in the Fire Lanes around our complex; violators are subject to a City of Phoenix parking citation.
