1. Meeting called to order at 7:10pm. Your Homeowner Association Board members
for 1989 are:
Suzanne Bracker – Jan Ehn - David
Good - Lynn Knode - Marie Martel
2. Items to be
addressed during 1989 are:
Enforce Association CC&R's
Increase owner participation in Homeowners' Asso.
Association dues & special assessments
Ways to promote a friendly and neighborly community
"Co-op" opportunities (group rates, discounts,
etc.)
Garbage Collection
Landscaping plan
Sprinkler system ^
Curbing
Redwood fence repairs
Exterior painting
Individual patio conditions
Entrance streetlight
3. Another board meeting will be held on March
7, 1989 to discuss priorities for the above items.
4. Garage sales are prohibited in this complex. We simply do not have sufficient parking
space to handle the amount of traffic that garage sales inevitably bring.
5. The purpose of the Homeowners' Association is to enforce the
CC&R's (Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) of this
complex; not to intercede in neighbor disputes. Complaints submitted in writing will always be considered in the
next regular board meeting. Special
board meetings will be scheduled to discuss urgent matters.
