Landscape Plan
Visible TV and Satellite antennas.
Our sincere thanks to
all residents for correcting your visible antennas. Please remember that any exterior alterations require the
approval of the Homeowner's Association.
Fence Staining.
Many common area fences
have been stained to improve their appearance.
Thanks to all residents who pitched in to help during our last
"work party." Fence repair is
a genuine concern, but will not be addressed during 1989.
Replace Telephone Pole Light at main
entrance -- completed.
Replace Railroad Ties with curbing.
Researching alternatives
for curbing and planters throughout the common areas.
Prepare planters for new plant material.
Plant landscape material; completing
Phase I.
Phase II: Planning and Preparation.
Determine area of
landscape replacement and cost of materials. Consider priorities for additional area repair such as east
boundary wall, garbage collection, Redwood fence repair, etc.

Garbage Collection
Individual unit
trash containers.
Residents are not to store trash containers in any location
visible to the common areas. Please do not put trash containers at roadside
until the night before pick-up (Sunday night or Wednesday night) Please put
your bagged/boxed trash at roadside the night before pickup"
Centralized
trash containers.
Individual unit pickup service is becoming difficult to acquire;
this type of service will soon be unavailable from our present garbage handler.
Two garbage collection locations will be provided with mini-dumpsters as part
of the General Landscaping Plan. –
4. Important Reminders:
Please be sure pool gate
is closed and locked at all times. There are several small children living in
our neighborhood, and safety is an important concern.
Please close garage doors when not in use.
Do not put trash containers at roadside.
Garage sales are prohibited in this complex.
Any visible alterations
to your unit or yard requires approval from the Homeowners' Association.
5. Important
Notice:
Please check the main water cutoff valve for your unit.
Report any problems to Lynn Knode (277-9501) by May 10. Repairs will be
arranged.
