EBHRA Minutes of meetings

 

GENERAL MEETING 10‑6‑91            19 in attendance

 

A‑    Treasurer's report was read ‑ no substantial changes noted.

 

B‑  Capital improvement plan ‑ Estimates will be taken to do the west units.

 

C‑  Cable committee ‑ An amendment was proposed to make Alterations and Improvements in the CC&R's permissible by a 20 member vote binding upon all members. The Board agreed to review the proposed amendment at a special Board meeting 10‑8‑91.

 

D‑ open forum

 

1 ‑ Paul Phillips reported that we could save money on our water bill by hooking up the pool to another water meter,

 

2 ‑ Paul Phillips and Arlene Schreckengost brought to our attention that they have water draining into their garages when it rains.

 

3‑ Paul Phillips and Jan Ehn requested that doors be painted with oil base paint.

 

BOARD NEETING‑10‑8‑91            6 in attendance

 

A‑  The Board delayed decision on the cable committee's amendment until legal advice could be obtained.

 

B‑  It was decided that a cable ballot should be sent out to all homeowners to determine interest in Cable TV. Also it was decided that an explanation be sent to renters.

 

C‑  Walt Fedourich presented cable installation plans and a new estimate of $4180‑00, ($110.00 per home if all 38 participate). This new estimate is one‑half of the prior cable installation fee obtained last year. Dimension Cable stated cable can be installed in 90‑120 days if we can come to a decision in a timely manner.

 

D‑  Marie Martel will check into finding someone to correct Arlene and Paul's garage water drainage problem.

 

GENERAL MEETING 10‑20‑91            12 in attendance

 

A‑  Marie Martel presented a proposed revision to the CC&R's. A ballot will be sent out

    to all homeowners within the coming week. The ballots must be returned by 11‑10‑91.

    If revision passes, a cable ballot will be sent out immediately for Association

    approval. Paul Friedman volunteered to record the revision with the County if

    the revision is approved.

 

B‑  Capital improvement plan‑ Estimates are in for the west units. Work will begin by replacing wooden fences with block walls on Monday 10‑28‑91. Homeowners will be notified prior to the beginning of painting so they can remove any obstructions to the painters. Also doors will be painted with oil base paint.

 

C‑  Please mail in your association dues rather than dropping them off at a board members door. Otherwise the board cannot be responsible if your dues are not received.
