to Kathi and Luke Kjo1hede who were married on Feb 15, 1992.
Report of Board
Meeting of April 28, 1992.
Attending were
Suzanne Bracket, Cleo Crimmins, Jan Ehn, Walt Fedourich, Marie Martel and Paul
Phillips. Mike O'Meara guested while he presented a painting bid and a request
for alteration of his back patio.
Treasurer's
report was made. Liens are to be filed on owners whose dues are 3 months in
arrears.
Landscape committee
has not yet completed the flower beds. They will research which summer flowers
are best for our locations and then plant them.
Painting bids
were discussed. Mike O'Meara submitted the low bid and agreed to add a waiver
to his bid to exempt the Association form any injury or accident responsibility
Paint colors were again discussed. It
seems that some owners would like to see the wrought iron lamps, gates and
fences
painted the same color as the new trim.
One lamppost behind Stanley’s house (5833) has been painted that color. The
Board
has decided that a ballot is called for
to decide this matter. We have offered three choices. Time is of the essence
because the
next building is scheduled for painting
very soon. Please make your selection on the ballot below and return by May 19
, 1992.

or mail it to the P.O. box.
The cable TV
engineers have requested a meeting with our representative (Paul Phillips).
June is still the target date for installation.
Meeting was
adjourned at 9 p.m. Next Board meeting will be May 19, 1992.
