Minutes for Board Meeting held on Tuesday, August 25,1992.
Present: Walt Fedourich, Suzanne Bracker, Jan Ehn, Paul
Phillips, Sherry Mara, Cleo Crimmins and Marie Martel
Treasurer's
report was given. We are over $1000 behind in collections because of unpaid
dues. It was decided to place liens against those property owners who are
delinquent.
Water
bills have continued to increase dramatically due to the city's new rate
structures and sewer taxes. Our bills are approaching $800/month! We should all
try to conserve water.
Trees
were discussed thoroughly. As you noticed, during a recent storm, we had a tree
blow over and a large limb break off.
Remaining trees will be inspected and hazardous conditions will be addressed individually and quotes obtained if removal is determined as the only solution.
Cable TV installations were discussed and the Board is less
than pleased with the manner used in some of the installations. Until this
problem is resolved, the Board has suggested that Dimension Cable cease
installations in our complex.
We do not, as yet, have resources to begin painting and
refurbishing the next building, but prices are being obtained for garage doors
in anticipation of the forthcoming job.
No other new business. Meeting was adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
