Minutes from the Board meeting of Dec. 15, 1992. Those attending were: Walt Fedourich, Cleo Crimmins, Suzanne Bracker, Paul Phillips and Marie Martel.

Treasurer's report was given. Unusual expense for the month was $725 for repair of water leaks under the street and repair of the blacktop. There are still two owners who are delinquent in homeowner’s dues. Liens are being prepared.

Painting project has been temporarily delayed while Mike O'Meara recuperates from his accident. Hopefully, he will be able to proceed by January. Block work, garage doors and new gates have all been completed on the building being renovated.

One unit owner has reported to the Board that it has dry wood termites. Association will contact appropriate contractors to assess the problem to determine if any of the load bearing walls are affected.

Mark your calendars and plan to attend the Annual Meeting and Election of the Board for 1993. The date is Sunday, January 17, 1993. The meeting will be held poolside at 2 p.m. In event of rain, meeting will be at Walt Fedourich's, 5823.
