Report of Board Meeting on March 24, 1992

Attending were: Walt Fedourich, Cleo Crimmins, Marie Martel, Suzanne Bracker and Sherry Mara.

Landscape committee reported on several areas that need plant replacement/flower augmentation. They will spend not more than $50. to make immediate remedies. Desert landscaping was suggested and discussed for the Palo Verde side of the complex. Conversion prices will be obtained and considered when further debate on the issue is forthcoming.

Marie will still attempt to contact Linda Lightfoot regarding the removal of the large eucalyptus tree next to her house. Bids were obtained; the cheapest was $750.

Yaeger Door Co. came and adjusted several of our garage doors to improve the seal at the bottom. Paul Phillips will pursue alternate measures to prevent water seepage.

Painter will be doing the pool area very soon. Quotes will also be taken for the next building (east drive). Cable TV company is due to submit engineering plans in April or early May. We should have cable by June!

Treasurer Cleo has filed our delinquent and present income taxes. (We must pay taxes on interest earned on monies kept in our accounts). Also, she has filed for reinstatement by the Corporation Commission.

The Board has decided that the minimum contingency fund we should allow is $8,000.

The next Board Meeting will be on Tuesday, April 28. Meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
