Minutes for Board Meeting held on Tuesday, November 24,
1992. Present: Walt Fedourich, Suzanne
Bracker, Paul Phillips, Sherry Mara and Cleo Crimmins.

landscaping alterations may be made in the common areas without Board approval.
The Landscaping Committee will also make recommendations to the Board for
approval.
Lien was
filed against one unit that is delinquent in homeowner dues. Remember to pay
your dues before the tenth of each month to avoid a late charge. Since our
complex is a non-profit organization and we operate on a cash available basis,
it is not fair to expect the other owners to pay the bills for those who do not
pay which is exactly what delinquent owners do ask. Our attorney will be
consulted to discuss additional methods of recourse, such as garnishment and
water shut-off.
Garage
doors have been installed in the building now being renovated and the block
work is completed. New gates have been ordered. Painting will resume as soon as
Mike O'Meara recuperates.
Cable TV repairs were discussed again. Paul Phillips will
address the issue.
The investigation about rerouting the pool water through
the irrigation meter proved to not be a viable project, so the Board will abandon
the idea.
Treasurer's report revealed additional expense of $405. for
planting winter lawn.
Three sprinkler pipes have ruptured under our streets and
are being repaired. If you have children, please tell them to be careful when
playing around the diggings.
The Board wishes to thank Jan Ehn for sealing those gates with wooden inserts. Next Board meeting will be December 15,1992.
