Minutes for Board Meeting held on Tuesday, September 29,1992. Present: Walt Fedourich, Suzanne Bracker, Jan Ehn, Paul Phillips and Marie Martel.
Liens are
being prepared against those owners who are more than 2 months behind in paying
homeowners dues.
FHA Certification has been approved for the next two years.
Bids for
either removing or trimming common area trees that are considered hazardous or
unsightly were submitted and discussed. It was decided that we should continue
with the 5-year improvement plan (painting, garage doors, block walls and
gates) and address trees and other items only when they become a public danger
until after the 5-year improvement plan is completed.
Cable TV installations
were discussed again. Walt is still negotiating with Dimension Cable to arrive
at installations that are acceptable to the esthetics of our complex. Remember,
owners are responsible for the expense of bringing the cable from the access
point into their units and those installations must pass approval of the Board.
We will soon begin painting and refurbishing the next building. Garage door prices were reviewed. Pool covers were discussed. That is a non-essential at this rime. Some even opined that they are a nuisance. No other new business. Meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
