Minutes for Board Meeting of February 23, 1993

Attending were Walt Fedourich, Suzanne Bracker, Paul Phillips, Sherry Mara, Cleo Crimmins, Terry Roberg and Marie Martel.

Treasurer's report was given. A Demand Letter will be sent to 5826 for long overdue dues.

The last five garage doors will be ordered. Painter's bills were discussed. Cleo will clarify all extra charges.

Gardener has sprayed for weeds and stained certain walls. If the stain does not wash off in the rain, he will be asked to seal and repaint.

One of our sprinkler timers has an electrical feed line that needs to be moved. Walt will contact contractor to saw cut the pavement to move that line.

A price estimate was delivered for an automated gate (on Palo Verde) of $6600. This project was tabled in favor of the completion of our Five Year Improvement plan.

A bid to paint chimneys was rejected, also in deference to the Five Year plan. If those owners with dirty chimneys (5805, 5808, 5812, 5813, 5821) wish to have their chimneys painted at their own expense (approx. $40), call Mike O'Meara at 241‑7576.

Congratulations to Michelle Murphy‑Bush on the birth of her new baby.

We all thank Cleo Crimmins and Jan Ehn for planting flowers in our flowerbeds. Will all dog owners please try to keep your dogs out of the flowers.

We now have a BABYSITTER in residence! She is 14 and lives at 5809. Call Tory Roberg at 265‑6239.
