 P.O. Box 7359 Phoenix, AZ 85011

Minutes of Board of Directors meeting on July 29, 1993. Attending were Walt Fedourich, Paul Phillips, Cleo Crimmins, Terry Roberg, Marie Martel and Suzanne Bracker.

Treasurer's report was given. All owners are up to date with dues except one and the pending litigation against 5826. That owner was served with papers from small claims court. Foreclosure was completed against the owner and Suzanne Bracker will now go to County Recorder's office to determine whom the mortgage holder is so that billing can be sent for current dues.

Cable TV installations were discussed again. Paul Phillips has been in contact with Dimension Cable people and they have agreed to correct some of the poor installations they have made Paul will keep on top of all new installations. Please notify Paul if you are contracting a new cable hookup (279-5287).

Painting bids were reviewed for the building opposite the pool. It was decided to hire Mike O'Meara for $2300. The four carport ceilings to be refurbished will be put on temporary hold until renovations are completed. Bids for that work were reviewed.

Bids will be obtained for correcting blacktop installation that allows water access into garages at 5803, 5811, 5813 and 5835.

The gardener's poor performance was discussed and it was decided to put him on 30 days notice. New bids will be obtained for a new gardener.

A new skimmer net was approved for purchase for the pool area. Suzanne will buy.

The discussion of fines for rules infractions has been delayed again until Paul can contact his source for guidelines.

Terry Roberg submitted a plan for a back patio cover and it was approved

Meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
