Treasurer's report was given. No further improvements can be undertaken for a couple of months. A Demand letter was sent to 5826 with a 10 day respond request. No response was received, therefore, the Association will proceed to ask for a judgment in Justice Court. Suzanne and Cleo to pursue. Paul will begin preparations for the next step, water turn‑off to the unit.

All garage doors arc now replaced. The next building to be painted and refurbished will be the one west of the front drive.

Heretofore, bids will be taken and written quotes will be required for ALL non‑emergency work or repairs that are estimated to be over $100.

Letters have been sent to Pogreba, Marco and Lake to advise them that their carport roofs need to be repaired before the Association can repair the ceilings underneath. Those roof repairs must be made before July, 1993.

Walt requested a truckload of colored gravel (not to exceed $100) to touch up several planting areas. Also a pyracantha plant was approved to replace one removed from 747F.

New lounge chairs for the pool area were discussed and the purchase approval has been delayed for the time being.

Changing of the C C & Rs to permit assessing fines for rules infractions was discussed. These would involve such things as illegal parking and free‑running dogs. Paul will research.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. Next meeting will be on 4/27/93.

SAFETY REMINDER…..DO NOT PARK IN THE FIRE LANES!

The FIRE LANES are marked with red lines in the streets. They were put there so that no one would park in the streets where access by an emergency vehicle would be restricted. These boundaries are for the SAFETY of all our residents. PLEASE OBEY ALL FIRE LANE BOUNDARIES. Remember, the next emergency may be YOURS ... and let's hope that the fire truck or ambulance can get through our streets.
