Minutes for Annual Meeting of January 17, 1998

1. Driveway repairs are scheduled to be completed by Friday, Jan. 23 at 5806 and 5817.

2. Slurry seal repairs will be done when the weather, is a little warmer to insure good bonding. Residents will

be notified before the work begins and barricades will be placed to protect the reseal.

3. Rosie O'Meara reported that the $300 for the two trees sold has not yet been sent from the buyer

in California. It will be added to our money market fund when it arrives,

4 .Thanks to Mike Smith, who has removed the old pillar stumps from the pool area. .

5. Lucy Seegan reported that tile dues increase has made our position more comfortable. Three

owners have not paid the increased amount. Marie Martel will send letters to advise them of their error. Financial condition statements will be included with these minutes,

6. A termite problem has been reported at 5834. Rosie O'Meara will investigate the possibility of having an inspection made throughout the complex. If unit is infested, it will be imperative that the problem be rectified, at your expense, for the welfare of both your unit and that of your neighbors.

7. There were two burglaries reported in the complex. They both occurred last Friday. Robin Shearer has Volunteered to research the possibility of obtaining a quantity discount from a security/alarm provider. In the meantime, We Should all be alert for any unusual activities or strangers lurking in the complex.

8. Parking in tile fire lanes continues to be a problem. Mike Smith will contact the fire department to ascertain the lane painting rules.

9. Nominations for the new Board were Conducted. Those nominated were: Rosie O'Meara, Mike Smith, Lucy Seegan, Marie Martel, John Bonar and Jan Ehn. All were unanimously approved. At a short Board meeting following tile General Meeting, the Board has reinstated all officers from last year. The 1998 Board is:

President - Rosie O'Meara (277-7434)

Vice President - Mike Smith (234-18()4)

Treasurer - Lucy Seegan (265-3409)

Secretary - Marie Martel (266-7997)

Members at Large - John Bonar (264-1070) and Jan Ehn (263-9774)
