Minutes for Board Meeting on February 18, 1999

Attendees: Rosie O'Meara, Jan Ehn, Marie Martel, Walt Fedourich, Mike Smith, Agnes Woodworth, David Cronin, Audrey Lake, Rosa Lee, Jana & Don Simmons, Betty Kizer, Marcel Pincine, Paul Phillips, Mike O'Meara and John Bonar . It was a good turnout.

1. Fire lane painting is proceeding. Mike Smith estimates that he will finish the project by the end of the month. PLEASE OBSERVE THESE FIRE LANES.

2. Mike Smith's leaking ceiling has not yet been opened for inspection. The Board will examine the

exposed area to determine if it involves load bearing beams.

3. Our old lanterns were taken to the dump since we were unable to sell them.

4. Anderson Pool Service says that they have been hosing off the chairs in the pool area. If we want

them wiped down with a cloth, it'll cost an additional $20. per month. It was decided to try it for one month to see if the results are noticeable.

5. Don Simmons and Paul Phillips reported that Cox Cable will need to dig a small trench in the street to place a cable to service 5804, 5806, 5908, 5810 and 5812. New installation laws require certain places of attachment that the old cable would not accommodate. Paul and Don will coordinate these installations.

6. The front entry walls need to be painted. Mike Smith volunteered to do this painting.

7. Mike O'Meara submitted a letter for an increase of $50 per month for landscaping services. The

increase was approved. Mike Smith will draw up agreements for both landscaping suppliers and have them ready for the next Board meeting.

8. Jan Ehn provided updated financial statements.

9. Marie Martel has an aluminum entry door with vacuum closer, painted seal point (to match trim

color), in good condition which is offered FREE to the first respondent. It opens left-to-right from the outside. If you want it, call Marie at 266-7997.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Homeowner Dues are due on the first of each month and delinquent

after the tenth. After the tenth a $10. late fee will be assessed.

It is YOUR responsibility to get your dues paid on time.
