Minutes for Board Meeting on July 15, 1999

Attendees: Marie Martel, David Cronin, Mike Smith and Jan Ehn

There was not a quorum present, so the informal meeting discussed the following topics:

1. Fire lane painting will be completed by this weekend. NO VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED TO

PARK BETWEEN THE RED LINES. If you or your guests park inside the red lined areas, the Fire

Department may issue you a citation. Please observe these lines ... they are for the safety of everyone.

2. Mike Smith has begun looking into the possibility of having the front curb entrance widened. Since the City of Phoenix is involved, the procedure will take some time to assess.

3. A Treasurer's report was presented. We are again in a positive position, and are beginning to save for the pool redecking in the fall.

4. Landscaping and pool service were discussed and action tabled until next meeting.

5. We now have a web site at doahouse.com/747. A directory of owner phone numbers and Internet

addresses will be available on the web site. If you do not want to be published on the site, please notify Mike Smith at 5817 (234-1804). The site is password protected, so you must call Mike in advance for logon parameters.

IMPORTANT POOL AREA REMINDERS

If you raise the table umbrellas, be sure to lower them before

you leave the pool area.

This is especially important during the monsoon season.

As a consideration to others, please clean up after yourself;

place trash in the can provided and wipe up

any spills from the tables.

The next Board meeting will be on Thursday, August 19, 7 p.m. at the pool.
