Minutes for Board Meeting on May 21, 1999

Attendees: Rosie O'Meara, Marie Martel, David Cronin, Rosa Lee and Jana Simmons, Jan Ehn, Mike Smith, Shawna Davitt, Judy Farmer, Megan Shorb and John Bonar.

1. Resurfacing on the pool has been completed by Shasta Pools. It looks great and the pool will be open through the summer. The new decking will be constructed in the fall after swimming season.

2. Tree removal at 5812 has been tabled until fall.

3. Fire lane painting is running behind schedule. Mike Smith will proceed as his available time allows.

4. Our new landscaping company has begun its services. If you have any comments on their work ... good or bad ... please let Rosie O'Meara know (277-7434). Rosie will be taking bids on palm tree trimming next week.

5. A Treasurer's report was presented, although Stefani was out of town.

6. Rosie O'Meara distributed documents from a recent condominium seminars so that interested

owners may make suggestions to our CC&R rewrite. If you were not at the meeting but Would like copies of the guidelines to contribute suggestions for the project, call Rosie.

7. Jan Ehn reported that the wood facia board on the back of her unit is split and needs to be replaced. Mike Smith offered to make repairs and Jan offered to do the painting.

8. Mike Smith informed us that he is setting up a website for 747 owners. It should be operational next month. We'll get the address to you then.
