Minutes for Board Meeting on November 22, 1999

Attendees: Marie Martel, David Cronin, Mike Smith and Stefani Wallen. Since there was not a quorum present, an informal discussion was conducted by Mike Smith.

1. Revision of the CC & Rs is in progress. Mike Smith and Rosie O'Meara are integrating all suggestions received into the old CC & Rs. After that is completed, they will take 'It to our attorney, who will write the amendments. Then, every homeowner will receive a copy to review and a vote will be taken to adopt the changes. Mike has electronic copies available to anyone interested.

2. The new pool decking is now completed.

3. The tree at 5812 has been removed. Cut wood is still available, free to residents, near the lamp

adjacent to 5814's carport.

4. Nancy Monaco was not present to report on the widening of the curbing at the Bethany Home entrance.

5. Our first "Garage Sale" at the back entrance on Palo Verde was a big success. Those participating suggested that we make it an annual event.

The Annual Meeting and Election of a New Board for 2000

will be held on Sunday, January 16th at the pool.

There will be an old fashioned weiner roast and social

at 1 p.m. followed by the Annual Meeting.

It'll be a good chance to meet your neighbors.

Everyone is encouraged to attend ... participation is essential

to serve all of the residents and owners of 747 EBHRA.

The next Board meeting will be on Thursday, December 16, 7 p.m. at the pool.
