Minutes for Board Meeting on September 30, 1999

 

Marie Martel, David Cronin, Mike Smith, Sherry & Seymour Adler, Rosa Lee Simmons.  I)on & Jana Simmons and Nancy Monaco.

 

 

t. Mike Smith reported sprinkler water standing near the pool area.  He plans to lower the level of the planting area, adding gravel, to alleviate the problem.

 

2. Dave Cronin reported a leak in the feeder pipe to the pool filler.  Mike will investigate.

 

3. Mike will also try to contact Ca-Tel (who is Supposed to make blacktop repairs for Cox Cable)

to see if they would agree to fill a low spot near the pool at our expense.

 

4. Landscaping contractor plans to scalp lawns to make ready for rye grass planting.

 

5.Treasurer's report was presented.  It looks like we will be okay for the deck replacement by

November.  There are 3 delinquent homeowners and 1 owing late charges.  Liens will be filed when dues are two months in arrears and the owner will be responsible for the lien filing and release fees.  Don't let this happen to you.

 

6. It was noted that the pool water did not look healthy and that the deck was extremely dirty.

Mike will contact the pool service to discuss the problems.

 

7. Revision of the C C & Rs is still pending and we need to solicit ideas for changes from all

owners before proceedings Please submit your suggestions to a Board member before the next meeting on October 21st.  A committee will be appointed at that meeting to review the suggestions and draft a provisionary document.

and bring them to the next meeting on October 21st.

         The next Board meeting will be on Thursday, October 21, 7 p.m. at the pool.
