Board Minutes-April16, 1996

The Board meeting was attended by four members . The minutes were read and approved and the Treasurer's report was given. The treasurer asked that new members be told their dues must be received by the 10th to avoid late charges. Any questions ...please call 265-6246.



Old Business:

· The rear gate and BBQ grills have been painted. · There are still a few homes that need the lamp glass changed to the new color. Please contact Paul Phillips at 279-5287 to make arrangements . Also if your lamps aren't working please call Paul. · Work continues on the reserve study. A few of the larger replacement costs are very difficult and time consuming to quantify.

New Business:

· Minor repainting of certain walls, wood trim, and the complex entrance sign was approved. · All landscape committee members should call Paul immediately for an upcoming scheduled walk-thru and meeting.

Etc. Many of us are getting out of control with garbage. Garbage is to be set out the evening before pickup and is to be contained in a can or bag. Hazardous waste is not accepted.

Rumor has it that a new association member named Susan will be joining the board and volunteering for the Secretary position that is still available.
