Old Business: * The Pool lamp near the BBQ grills will be fixed this month. * The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has given our complex FHA recertification with no expiration date. In the past the complex had to be recertified every two years.(see attached). *The Landscape committee will take a look at the Eucalyptus tree on the south lawn to determine what degree the tree should be thinned and or shortened. If you would like to voice an opinion on the tree call Paul at 279-5287. * Items tabled until more information is obtained...Reserve study, sealcoating, carports, and trim repair. * Only one volunteer called to be part of the welcoming and get together committee so far. Get involved and call Terrie at 265-6246.

New Business: * Units 5806, 5810,5812,5813,5818,5820,5828,5832,747f,5831,5838,5835 and 5839 all have roof tiles that are loose, broken and or broken. Please correct this situation immediately. * A few homeowners have had trouble with garages leaking water when it rains mainly because of worn out rubber seals on the bottom of the garage door. These seals can be obtained from Yeager Door Company. * Recommendation to replace the pool cleaning service was defeated. * On July 19, 1996 House Bill 2299 became law. It seems that the only provision of this bill that applies to our complex would be to notify members of all Association meetings. If any one knows of any other effect this bill has on us please contact Terrie at 265-6246. * Next Board Meeting...September 3, 1996.
