Board Minutes-December 19, 1995

The meeting began at 7:30 with the Terry, John and Luke being present. The minutes and treasurer's report were given and approved.

Old Business:

· Apparently there is confusion regarding fine letters and invoices. Your first infraction will result in a letter relating the problem and give you a time frame to rectify it. The second violation of the same offense will result in a fine letter/invoice. This is due and payable upon receipt. If you feel this has been sent unjustly, either write the Board or attend a Board meeting explaining your dilemma. We are not ogres, just merely enforcing rules everyone is aware of. New Business:

· Please make plans to attend the Annual Meeting which will be held this year on Sunday January 21st. at 2:00 P.M. There will be important issues discussed that will directly affect us all. Some of those issues are: 1. Replacement of all exterior light fixtures, free standing and attached to the units. Also there will be samples there for you to vote on. 2. A discussion concerning the Reserve Study that will be completed some time next year and may, if justified, involve a dues increase. 3. Election of new officers. 4. Any other issues that the membership brings to the table. (Here's your chance to voice you opinion and give your ideas.) There will also be refreshments served, so please, write it on your calendar.

The next Board meeting will be held with the new officers directly after Annual Meeting.

The Board wishes to express our thanks for all your support this past year. EBHRA accomplished a number of major improvements this last year which we are proud of. Our hope is that you have a joyous season with family and friends and have a healthy and prosperous 1996!
