A complaint has been reported against you to the Board of Directors as noted below.

According to our "Fines for Rules Infractions" program, you are warned or fined as indicated by the checked boxes below. Each individual offense receives; first, a warning with an allowable time to correct the matter and a fine of $25.00 if the offense is not corrected within the time frame; second notice for the same offense, a $50.00 fine; third notice, a $75.00 fine.

r 1. Clotheslines of any type or towels, rugs, etc. hung over the fences or balcony railings.

r 2. Outdoor visible antennas or dishes not in compliance with FCC Regulations.

r 3. Garbage cans, wood piles, accumulation of rubbish or any other unsightly objects kept in carports or any area visible from the common elements.

r 4. Failure to remove garbage cans from common areas in a timely manner following collection.

r 5. Structure erected inside the patio that exceeds the height of the patio fence.

r 6. Painting, decorating or otherwise changing the appearance of the exterior.

r 7. Leaving hoses, tools, etc. in areas visible from common areas.

r 8. Leaving garage doors open when not in use.

r 9. Allowing plantings inside the patios to become overgrown or unsightly from the common areas.

r 10. Not repairing broken windows/screens-placing cardboard, foil, etc. over windows.

r 11. Posting signs other than the one for sale/lease as permitted.

r 12. Holding a carport/rummage sale on the premises.

r 13. Excessive noise of any type that is annoying to neighbors.

r 14. Allowing your pet to run loose-unleashed.

r 15. Failure to clean up your pet's excrement, both inside and outside of your patio.

r 16. Allowing your dog to bark incessantly.

r 17. Allowing your pet into the pool area.

r 18. Allowing children under the age of 14 into the pool enclosure without supervision.

r 19. Taking glass/ceramic items into the pool enclosure.

r 20. Not observing safety rules or showing courtesy in the pool.

r 21. Parking large trucks, trailers, motor homes or boats in the complex.

r 22. Making car repairs which are not completed within 48 hours.

r 23. Parking in fire lanes or allowing your guests to do so.
