747 East Bethany Home Road Association
Board Minutes-July 18, 1995
The Board meeting was attended by all members with the exception of Luke, but in his absence his lovely wife Kathi filled in. The minutes were read and approved and the Treasurer's report was given. Terry requested to please not put cash in her mail box for the dues, use the Post Office box and if you're late, don't forget the $10.00 charge-Terry won't.
Old Business:
· The wrought iron fence project on the North end of the complex was completed and now is secure. Now comes the question, "who will paint it?"-any volunteers??!
· Because of his absence, Luke was not able to bring the Board up to date as to the cost of replacing the road way signs. If you have a preference as to the size and type of signage, please contact him with your suggestions.
· John has been working on getting an appointment with APS regarding the resurfacing of the roadway. He will keep the Board apprised of his progress.
· Robin has received responses from a couple of companies regarding the Reserve Study. Of course there is always a charge and the Board moved to spend $199.00 for forms and a software format to keep this process moving. The Board wishes to thank Robin for her diligence to get us to this point
· Discussed in the previous meeting was the concern of the darkness in the complex. After investigation, it was discovered that 9 garage outside lights and the pool lights are not working. The Board moved to get bids for repair or replacement for some or all fixtures attached to the units.
· The Board is moving ahead on acquiring bids for the downspouts to solve the problem drainage areas.
New Business:
· Unit 747F requested an additional sprinkler head be installed where we removed the tree from recently. The Board will investigate.
The Board wishes to welcome back Christy and thank her for her prompt removal of the cat's claw ivy as the Board requested. It's nice to see her and her daughter's smiling faces around the complex again.
The next meeting is scheduled for August 15th at 7:30. May your air conditioning continue to function!
