Board Minutes-March 26, 1996

The meeting began at 7:00 with all the Board members present. The minutes and treasurer's report were given and approved.

Old Business: The lamp glass on homes will be replaced Saturday April 6, 1996. If you are not at home on this day please contact Paul Phillips at 279-5287 for an alternate day. This month the rear fence, the BBQ grills and the complex name sign on Bethany will be repainted.

Olive trees and weeds will be sprayed this month.

New Business:

· Please check your house roof and carport roofs for damage and leakage. This is your responsibility along with any damage a bad roof may cause ......such as damage to the sheet rock on the bottom side of the carport. · Please check that your sprinkling systems inside your yard are working properly. With summer just around the corner and watering cycles extended we do not want to waste any water through line breaks. · The item worked on the longest this evening was quantifying our reserve study with approximately 50 percent of it being completed. If you are looking for an afternoon outing you might want to try Sunday on Central on April 14 this year. The best way to describe this City of Phoenix sponsered event is a giant playground for people(and pets) of all ages.
