Board Minutes-May 28, 1996

The Board meeting was attended by four members and the owner of 5801. The minutes were approved and treasurers report given.

Old Business:

· APS will seal our roadway the week of June 24. A notice will be given to all homeowners before the actual day so cars can be moved out of the complex while work is going on. · Some lamps are still inoperable and need the glass changed to clear glass..contact Paul at 2795287 to set up an appointment.

New Business:

· Palm trees will be trimmed throughout the common areas on June 10. If you would like your palm trees in your yard trimmed at the same time the tree trimmer will charge you $20.00. Call Paul if you are interested.(2795287) · The date of the board meetings was changed to the first Tuesday of the month with the next meeting being held on July 2. If any one is interested in attending a board meeting call a board member for locations and meeting times. · Approved a request by the owner of 5801 to install a wrought iron gate. · Approved a request by the owner of 5820 to install window awnings as long as the color is the same as the awnings at 5830. · The sheetrock in the carports will be replaced and or painted in the next 30 days at units 5819,5818,5804, 5830, and 5833. It is important that the owners of these units make sure the roofs are in good repair on these carports. Any damage to the new sheetrock due to negligence of a leaky roof will be charged back to the individual owner. Notice will be given on the exact day work will commence. · The eucalyptus tree on the south lawn will be thinned out this month also. · REMEMBER if any homeowners are replacing any doors they must be painted with the color (sealpoint) which can be obtained at Dunn Edwards at 3rd street and Camelback rd. Please use oil base paint. In a pinch Walt may have some of the paint in his garage.(2665581)
