Cox Cable...Before calling Cox Cable for installations, first call Walt Fedourich (266-5581) or Paul Phillips (279-5287). All cable installs have to be supervised by The Association Board so that the cable isn't visible from Common areas and also to insure that the cable isn't installed in a unsightly manner.

FARMERS INSURANCE is the carrier of the Association hazard insurance policy . Any questions on policy coverage can be directed to Steve Morrell of Farmer’s Insurance by calling 623-362-0040.

PEST CONTROL: The Association sprays the exterior of the complex monthly. If you would like the inside of your individual unit sprayed, contact Ambassador Pest Control at 602 544-0515 or 623 245-5220 to make arrangements to spray the inside of your home while they are onsite spraying the exterior. There is a charge of $7.00.

TREES BY MIKE....841 8458. This company has been used by the Association to trim our palm trees and other trees in the common elements for several years. Mike also has be hired by individual owners to do tree trimming and tree removal within their patio walls.

WASTE MANAGEMENT -All trash and garbage must be kept INSIDE the patio area or garage until the evening before collection day (Mon. & Thurs.). Receptacles should be promptly removed from view of the common area after pickup. Trash cans may NOT be stored in carports. If you have any trash that will not fit in the container, such as a hot water heater, call Waste Management at (602) 268-2222 for a special pickup.
